1.1, This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”), which applies to the use of the NaviJet Electronic Flight Bag Mobile Application to provide flight crew with air navigation information (hereinafter referred to as the “Application”) shall apply to the relationship between Navix Data Co d.o.o. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”, “Rights Holder”) and an individual who is a User of the Application, shall apply to information that the Company may receive about or from the User when the User logs in to the Application and while using the Application

1.2. The Policy shall constitute an integral part of the Company’s offer to individuals and entities to enter into a License Agreement regarding the terms of use of the Application (User Agreement).

1.3. Please read the terms and conditions of this document before using the Application.

1.4. By downloading and using the Application the User shall give unconditional consent to the Rights Holder for the processing of their personal data indicated by the User during the authorization procedure of the User in the Application, including any action (operation) or set of actions (operations) performed with or without the use of automation means with personal data of the User, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (update, change), extraction, use, depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data, transfer of personal data (distribution, provision, access) of the User to persons belonging to the same group of persons as the Rights Holder in the meaning of Article 9 of the Federal Law on Protection of Competition. When processing personal data, the Rights Holder shall use the following methods: automated, non-automated, mixed.

1.5. Personal data shall mean:
1.5.1. The information that the User independently provides about themselves at the time of authorization, as well as in the course of further use of the set of services provided to the User when using the Application (hereinafter referred to as the Service).
1.5.2. Data which is transmitted automatically depending on the User’s software settings, including but not limited to: IP-address; cookies; information about the location and movement of the User’s Device by GPS, Wi-Fi data; information about the actions performed by the User within the use of the Application and/or the Service; networks of the telecom operator; data on the software and equipment used by the User for working in the communication network, including the Internet, communication channels, information and materials transmitted and received with the use of the Service.
1.5.3. Other information about the User, the processing of which is stipulated in the User Agreement.

1.6. The Rights Holder shall have the right to set requirements for the content of the User’s Personal Data which must be provided in order to use the Service. If certain information is not marked as mandatory by the Rights Holder, its provision or disclosure shall be at the discretion of the User.

1.7. The Rights Holder shall not check the accuracy of the Personal Data being provided, believing that the User acts in good faith, with care and diligence, and makes every effort to keep such information up to date.

1.8. The Rights Holder shall process personal data solely for the purpose of ensuring the correct and prompt functioning of the Application in compliance with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation on the processing of personal data.

1.9. Consent to the processing of personal data shall be given by the User until the objectives of personal data processing are achieved or until it is no longer necessary to achieve such objectives.

1.10. Consent to the processing of personal data may be withdrawn by the User at any time by sending a written notice to the Rights Holder, or by contacting the Application through the Help Desk.

1.11. This Policy shall only apply to the NaviJet Electronic Flight Bag Mobile App for providing flight crew with air navigation information. The Company shall not control and shall not be held responsible for other mobile applications and third-party websites that the User can independently access through the links available and linked to the Application.

1.12. The Company shall take the necessary organizational and technical measures to protect the User’s personal and other information from improper, unauthorized or accidental access, misuse, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as from other unlawful actions of third parties.

1.13. The Company shall reserve the right to change this Privacy Policy at any time and without prior warning or consent from the User. Further use of the Application by the User, after the changes to the Privacy Policy have been made, shall be deemed to be unconditional acceptance of the changes by the User.

Your acceptance of the Privacy Policy shall mean that you agree to the terms of the collection of personal data and that you give your full and unconditional consent to the processing of personal data.

Downloading and using the NaviJet Electronic Flight Bag Mobile App to provide flight crew with air navigation information in any part thereof shall constitute your unconditional acceptance of the terms and conditions set out in this Privacy Policy.

Dear User, if you do not agree to the terms of the Privacy Policy, the terms of the User Agreement, please do not download and use this Application and/or uninstall it from your mobile device.
